Fly (or ferry) from St Maarten. Base in Windwardside. Dive the pinnacles two-tank in the morning, hike Mount Scenery in the afternoon.

Saba is a legend among divers precisely because it isn't a beach destination. You come for one thing: dropping into deep-blue water onto seamounts that boil with fish. There are no beaches. That's the point.
