1. Acceptance
By using SaltyReef.net, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Our Services
Salty Reef provides travel recommendations and referral services for ocean enthusiasts, including scuba divers, snorkelers, beach travelers, families, couples, and adventure travelers. We are not a travel provider, tour operator, airline, cruise line, resort, or hotel.
3. Travel Concierge Services
Salty Reef is an independent travel concierge and referral service. We help travelers discover destinations and connect them with trusted travel partners based on their travel preferences.
Salty Reef does not own, operate, or control any hotels, resorts, dive operators, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, or other travel suppliers. We do not process reservations, collect payments, or provide travel services.
All reservations, payments, travel contracts, cancellations, refunds, and travel services are provided directly by the travel supplier you choose.
Salty Reef may receive referral commissions from participating travel partners. These commissions do not increase the price you pay, and our travel concierge service is always provided at no cost to travelers.

4. Referral Service
Our role is to recommend destinations and connect travelers with trusted travel partners. Any reservation, contract, payment, or travel agreement is made directly between you and the travel supplier.
5. Pricing
Travel pricing, promotions, availability, and cancellation policies are determined solely by the travel supplier. Salty Reef does not control or guarantee pricing.
6. Travel Risks
Travel involves risks including weather, flight delays, medical emergencies, natural disasters, government restrictions, and supplier changes. Travelers are responsible for reviewing supplier policies and obtaining appropriate travel insurance.
7. No Warranty
Information on SaltyReef.net is provided for general informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee all information remains current.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salty Reef shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from travel services provided by third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, and written materials are the property of Salty Reef unless otherwise noted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
